Guild Raider Expectations

As a raider in this guild, you are committing to being a reliable and prepared member of the team.

Attendance & Sign-Ups – You are expected to sign up for raids in advance and show up on time. Please have respect for your fellow raiders time and let us know of your absence.

Preparation – Come fully prepared with the appropriate consumables, enchants, and buffs. You are responsible for understanding your class/spec optimally.

Performance – You are expected to play your class well, follow strategies, and actively work on self-improvement. If you are in need of help we have class leads that are more than happy to help.

Communication – Be in voice chat and ready to listen. Callouts should be clear, concise, and relevant to the encounter.

Guild & Raid Etiquette – Respect your raid team. Arguments, toxicity, or negativity will not be tolerated. Constructive feedback is encouraged, but excessive complaining or blaming will not be entertained.
